Red Marble Cipollini
We love cipollini onions. They roast up into caramelized deliciousness that can be added to soups, stews, eggs or almost any savoy dish you can think of. These little flattened Italian onions make beautiful braids to hang in the kitchen for use all winter long. Red Marble has deep red skins and the colour bleeds into the rings. It stores well and is often the last onion we are using up as we wait for spring onions to appear.
