This beautiful corn comes to us from Iowne Anderson, a community seed saver from Six Nations via Rebecca Ivanoff of Whole Circle Farm and what a treasure it is. Plants reach 1.5 – 2 m and produce 2-3 ears per stock. Each ear is 10-15 cm long and packed with deep blue kernals. Hang your crop to dry and use it to make cornmeal or flour. Use the cornmeal for traditional cornbread or corn mush and the flour for pancakes or muffins.
