Jaunne et Verte Pattypan Squash
Much loved French heirloom can be eaten when young or allowed to mature into a beautiful hard-shelled ornamental. Tulip shaped fruit have a dense, creamy texture and a nutty, sweet flavour. We like to eat them until they reach 7cm or so and are pale green colour then leave a few to develop dark green and white stripes for fall decorations. Very high yielding.
