Rare, softneck variety is a good choice for a silverskin in cooler climates. Great for braiding as it does not produce scapes. Original stock from late garlic guru Paul Pospisil’s Beaver Pond Estates. Our grower finds it to have the largest bulb size of the silverskins he has grown and that the wrappers remain in good condition even when the tops are completely yellowed. This is a late season variety that will store for a full year.
