Another grower favourite brought back from extinction when dropped by its European producer. Cardinale has deep, wine red, well proportioned leaves that add crunch and juiciness to any salad. Young plants are loose and easy to pick and when mature the leaves fold tightly to form crisp juicy hearts. Beautiful.
