Nasturtium
Sow seeds outdoors about 2 weeks before last frost. Seed germinates at 16-18˚C. You can also start transplants indoors 3-4 weeks before the last frost but use a peat pot or soil block to avoid disturbing the sensitive roots when transplanting outdoors. Sow seeds 1.2 cm deep and cover well as seed requires darkness to germinate. Plants should be spaced 30-40cm apart in full sun to partial shade and will flower best in soil that is well drained and not too rich.
