Cilantro/Coriander

Sow seed .6 cm deep outdoors in early spring and continue sowing every two weeks for a continuous supply of fresh cilantro leaves. Sow thickly if cutting plants at the baby leaf stage or space plants 30 cm apart if growing for seed. Allow seeds to turn light brown before harvesting for fresh coriander seed. A great plant for attracting beneficial insects such as bees, syrphids and wasps to the garden or field.
