We currently ship across Canada. If you’re local, you can choose Free Pick-Up at checkout and collect your order by appointment.

Yes! Shipping is FREE on orders $200+ (before tax).

We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit different order sizes and timelines:
- Letter Mail* – Flat rate $3.85 for Canada Post letter mail, available for lightweight orders under 0.1 kg. Please note: no tracking is included, delivery can take 2–4 weeks, orders may be impacted by labour strikes. For faster arrival, we recommend choosing another option.
- Parcel Shipping (RECOMMENDED) – Multiple carrier services are available at checkout. Rates are calculated in real-time, giving you access to our commercial discounts. All parcel shipments include tracking.
*NOTE: If you select Letter Mail shipping at checkout, we will not be able to track your order or guarantee delivery. We strongly recommend parcel delivery.

Orders leave our farm in approximately 5–7 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, you can contact our support team to update your address. Once the order is shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

Yes! Picking up your pre-placed order is easy and free. Just select Pick-Up as your shipping option at checkout.

We will contact you to schedule pickup after you place your order, we are open by appointment only:
- Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm
- Saturday: 10am – 1pm
- Closed Sundays and holidays
