How It Works
1. Choose Shipping Option
Choose which delivery option that works best for your group*
Option A – Group Shipment: All orders are held and shipped together in one box to your group’s address at the end of the campaign. You distribute them to participants. (No shipping charge at each checkout)
Option B – Direct to Participants: Each order ships directly to the supporter as it’s placed. Participants pay for their own shipping at checkout. (Orders over $200 ship for free.)
*You must select either Option A or B, your campaign orders will either be held and shipped in one package to a central location (A) or shipped out individually for each order (B).
2. Get Your Code
We’ll issue your group a unique fundraising code. Supporters shop directly at hawthornfarm.ca and enter the code at checkout so every sale is counted toward your campaign. There are no restrictions, they can order anything from our website.
3. Earn & Grow
Your group keeps 40% of the sales. Payouts are issued promptly by e-transfer or cheque once the campaign ends. (For group shipments, the cost of shipping is deducted from your share.)
