Broccoli Raab aka Rapini

Easy to grow, nutritious greens look like a mini broccoli but in fact are related to turnips. This is an eat everything kind of plant. Enjoy the leaves, stems and tiny flower bud clusters tossed in olive oil and garlic and then topped with a little parmesan and dried red pepper flakes. High in vitamins A, C and K and chocked full of potassium, calcium and iron. Flavour is nutty and bitter. If you enjoy arugula chances are you'll enjoy rapini.
