Waverex Petit Pois
Tiny, tender bursts of sweetness. These petit pois are so tender and delicate you can eat them raw in salads. They are also delightful steamed or lightly poached in your favourite stock with butter or crème fraiche, or pureed with a little mint or tarragon. Dwarf plants reach 45-60cm and do not need staking. Early to mature with heavy yields due in part to two or more pods per node. Eat your fill then freeze the rest for a springtime treat in winter.
