Tokyo Bekana
A mild, leafy green with a sweet cabbagey taste that can be eaten fresh or cooked. Large productive plants look a bit like romaine. Plant at 10-15 cm spacing for full size bunching greens or space 6-8 cm apart for cut and come again baby greens. Curled and ruffled leaves add loft and weight to salad mixes and have a long shelf life. Full of antioxidants and nutrients and easy to grow. Try it. We think you’ll like it. Annual
