Seed indoors 4-5 weeks before last frost date for earliest crops or sow outdoors in early spring. Shake pack to mix seed and sprinkle lightly on soil in a 5-10cm band. Cover lightly, firm soil and keep moist for even germination. Continue to sow every 3 weeks throughout the season for a continuous supply of fresh greens. Harvest plants by cutting 2-3 cm above the soil line then allow to regrow for additional harvests.
