Sorrel
Fresh, lemon flavoured greens on a perennial plant. Pick the 20 cm leaves early in the spring and again late in the fall. Use raw in salads and cooked in the classic French sorrel soup. Pollen provides food for beneficial insects when other food sources are scarce.
