The standard of icebox watermelons. These little watermelons ripen even in our zone 5 garden. Crisp red-orange flesh is sweet and juicy with dark brown seeds. Round 3.5-5.5 kg fruits have a thin, tough rind that resists cracking and turns dark green, almost black when ripe. Kids love them.
