These dense, compact beauties have a silvery sheen over deep red-violet leaves and produce .7kg-2.3kg sized heads. The flavour is both sweet and slightly peppery and the texture is crunchy and juicy. They are somewhat heat tolerant making them a good choice for mid-season as well as early crops.
