Calendula - Ivory Princess
Soft hues of buttercream and buff-yellow contrast with dark centres making this a show stopper in the garden or vase. Large flowers reach 5-7.5cm on long sturdy stems that last 6-7 days in the vase. Easy to grow. Blooms heavily in spring and fall. Petals are edible fresh in salads, grain dishes, soups etc. and whole flowers make beautiful garnishes on baked goods. Traditionally used in skin softening ointments, lotions and soaps.
