Bandit Leek
Thick, uniform shanks are topped by beautiful, blue-green upright leaves. Bandit is super hardy and will often make it through winter with a thick layer of mulch. Flavour is delicious and improves when plants are kissed by frost. Great in the kitchen as the thickness of the shanks make them easier to clean. We love them braised, roasted or sauteed and they are superb in potato leek soup.
