Mid to late-season, purple stripe hardneck averages 6-7 cloves per bulb. Performs well in cooler climates. Great tasting bulb caramelizes when roasted. Delicate garlic flavor is perfect when a hint of creamy garlic flavor is desired but not so bold that the taste becomes overpowering. Flavour is mild to moderate.
