A standout in the garden and a favorite of home gardeners. Tall, vigorous plants produce large bulbs, scapes and some of the largest bulbils we have seen. This is a mid-season garlic that stores for 7-9 months. Bulbs have 6-9 large, violet-tinged cloves covered by beautiful purple wrappers. The flavour is fiery at first bite then mellows out to a rich garlic aftertaste. Originally from Kazakhstan. Big, strong and beautiful.
