Pinky
We are very impressed with this sweet, rich, mid-size cherry tomato from Japan. Indeterminate plants produce massive trusses of pinky-red fruits that are resistant to splitting. Not only that, the fruits manage to never really get over-ripe meaning you can allow the truss to ripen almost all the fruit and then harvest the whole thing for on-the-vine presentation. We love them in salads as well as tossed in garlicky olive oil and roasted to jammy perfection.
