Foxglove - Alba

Tall, elegant spires of creamy white, slipper shaped flowers bloom from May through mid summer. Unlike most foxgloves the flowers of this variety do not have freckled throats. It is perfect for cutting and is especially useful for wedding work. Pollinators love them and our patch is full of humming and buzzing when in bloom. Cut the main flower stem to encourage side shoots and a longer bloom period. Tolerates full sun to part shade and will self seed if happy. Please note that all parts of this plant are toxic if eaten.
