White Mustard
Cool season crop that grows well in moderate climates and has good adaptability. Plant in early spring or late summer for punchy salad greens that bring a light kick or expect 90-100 days to produce generous yields of spicy seeds for your homemade mustard recipes. The heat is less intense than black or brown mustards yet offers plenty of flavour. Plants grow strong main stems, reaching up to 1m in height with bright green, lobed, alternating leaves.
