Mustard - Bau Sin

Mild, sweet mustard has bright golden-green glossy leaves with a hint of red in the veins. Forms a beautiful folded heart just before bolting. Use young leaves as salad greens and mature leaves for cooking. Bolting stems are crisp and tender and make great stir fry. Rare.
