Mustard - Red Giant
Red Japanese mustard is a workhorse in the garden and beautiful to boot. The baby leaves are bright green with dark purple veins and have a mild mustard flavour that is perfect in salads. The mature leaves are large and a deep reddish purple colour. They are spicier at this stage and are delicious braised or in stir fries.
