Originating from Italy, this heirloom sweet pepper hails from Carmagnola, the city of the Italian pepper. Slightly flattened fruits with delicious thick walls and thin skins. Small, round in shape and flattened at the poles, red when ripe but the green fruits are delicious too. Perfect shape and size for stuffing. Rare. Listed on Slow Food's Ark of Taste.
