Another fabulous Cornell release. Resistant Early Bush Acorn, REBA sums it up nicely. Resistance to downy mildew allows the plant to keep developing sugars long after other squash have succumbed. The result is rich, full flavor and smooth, creamy texture. Ripens early even in a cold, wet season like 2014. Well behaved bush plants produce heavily with an average of 4-6 dark green fruits weighing 0.75-1kg each. Good candidate for container gardening.
