The size and earliness of these mild tasting onions blew us away when we first trialed them. Bulbs average 8 to 10 cm with very firm white flesh and rich yellow skins. Sweet, mild tasting bulbs stay tasty in storage for use raw  in salads and sandwiches well into spring. Selected from Early Yellow Globe for longer storage.
