Super early Canadian bred tomato! Compact, determinate plants produce clusters of billiard ball sized, bright red, firm fleshed fruits with a balanced flavor suited to fresh eating, roasting, and preserving. Plants are tidy and upright, setting a heavy crop over a 2-3 week period. Their compact habit lends itself to smaller gardens, raised beds, and container growing, while still producing a generous yield. Developed in 1967 by the Agriculture Canada Experimental Farm in Alberta. This is a must for tomato lovers with short season gardens.
