Dazzling Blue

This lacinato kale really lives up to its name with vibrant purple-pink midribs that pop against the beautiful blue-green puckered leaves. Very cold hardy for an extended harvest window. Tender leaves make great kale salads or cook up into a delicious mess o greens. Bred by Hank Keogh of Avoca Seed Farm and release through the Open Source Seed Initiative.
