This little sweetie was developed by the Vegetable Breeding Institute at Cornell for resistance to powdery mildew, small size and fantastic sweet taste. It is the perfect size for 1 or 2 servings. Just slice and bake for a nutritious, flavourful meal. 250-450g fruits are butternut shaped and ripen from green to a dark tan. We start them indoors and transplant as they require 100-110 days to fully ripen. Great little storage squash.
