This compact lettuce can be planted spring, summer and fall. It is extremely cold tolerant and is even productive in the low light conditions of an unheated greenhouse or tunnel. The dark green outer leaves are tightly folded and enclose a light green crispy, crunchy heart. A very popular lettuce.
