Goldini 2 Zucchini

Finally a zucchini that has great flavour and texture even when large. We eat a lot of them at about 1 lb but still love the flavour of the 2-3 lb fruit. Outrageously fast-growing plants pump out bright yellow fruit that are great raw or cooked as summer squash and can be dried for use as a winter staple. Most dried squash is seriously lacking in the flavour department but not this one. Dried squash lasagna noodles anyone?
