We love the flavour of this perennial oregano. The hardy plants produce white flowers, are very productive and winter well under the snow in our zone 5 garden. Fragrant leaves are dark green and somewhat fuzzy. Harvest leaves and stems throughout the growing season and dry for winter use - the flavour lasts for months. This is the oregano to use on pizza and in tomato sauce. Winter hardy to zone 5.
